Food and Drink

We truly believe in eating with the seasons, sourcing our ingredients as locally as possible and supporting local, Welsh food and drink producers. We grow as much as we can in our ever-expanding organic, Soil Association certified gardens. We work closely with local growers and organic producers and suppliers.

We aim to be inclusive in all our food offerings and many of our dishes are already Vegan, Dairy free and Gluten free friendly, or can be with a little tweaking. We are more than happy to suggest more choices or discuss any ideas you may have. Feel free to contact us with your individual requirements.

Wedding Breakfasts are an unstuffy, relaxed affair. Our Chefs will be on hand and in sight, cooking your choice from the Grill, Tagine or Paella Pan. On the buffet table, there’ll be seasonal salads chosen to match your main course, mixed breads, accompanying dips, sauces and condiments.

We work with the bride and groom, and in some cases with local suppliers to cater for other requirements We have become expert at fabulous canapes and Tapas, Vintage tea parties (using our own vintage china), Pizzas made in our wood fired pizza oven, served buffets, delicious barbecques and morning-after brunches. We work with you to accommodate your dietary preferences, however we don’t let the site out for you to do all your own catering. We run a full bar and offer a range of drinks at reasonable affordable prices – we sell organic wines, sparkling wines and local beers and ciders as well as other specialty local drinks.

We use local cheese producers such as Caws Cenarth, Teifi Cheese and the Carmarthen Cheese company and you will only ever find Welsh Butter & Milk in our fridges.

We believe passionately the trace-ability of what we source and in catering for vegetarians, carnivores are not forgotten! Free range pork from Rhosyn Farm, Himalayan salt aged Welsh Beef from Chris Rogers and Son Carmarthen, our meat is second to none.

Our seafood and fish come direct from small boats, fishing sustainably off the coast at St Dogmael’s and for sewin (by coracle) on the River Teifi, courtesy of Len & Mandy Walters from the Cardigan Bay fish company. Their catch includes sea bass, mackerel, crab and lobster. It’s truly world class.

Whilst the following are some of our favourites they are by no means the extent of our capabilities. We’re happy to discuss any thoughts, ideas or combinations of options you may want.
